Kachin Manau Dance Site Bulldozed by SPDC

Burmese military authorities by using bulldozes destroyed a Kachin Manau festival site in Bhamo, Kachin State on November 12, just ahead of the traditional dance ceremony due on November 26. The Irrawaddy's news "Kachin Manau Dance Site Bulldozed"

These the evidence of the Burmese SPDC regime’s racist and discriminating policies and actions against ethnic people in Burma.

Current Burman military leaders have very little patience in culture biodiversity and mutual understanding. Ethnic's language, literature, culture and history are never allowed to teach in public school in Burma. Worse, such ethnic culture heritage sites were being destroyed.

These are the regime’s very serious racial and basic human rights violations against ethnic people. These are also the reasons prompting ethnic people to hold guns and fight!

The UN and International Community should speak up against such actions. Burman leaders and future Burma will have to pay for such discrimination and human rights violation.
